Card on File Process

You will be requested to provide a credit, debit, or HSA card when you check in for your visit. Our staff will swipe your card and enroll you in Easy Pay, our safe and secure payment option. Your card information will be safely and securely stored in an encrypted format. If your insurance benefits indicate a deductible that has not been met, a portion of the visit cost, in addition to any applicable co-pay, will be charged to your card at the time of your visit. We will submit your medical claim to your insurance company for the services provided. Once your insurance pays its contracted portion, your insurance will send you an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) that details what your insurance has paid and what balance is your responsibility. Easy Pay will then charge your secured card any balance due, up to $250. If your balance due is greater than $250, a member of our staff will attempt to contact you before processing your payment.

This process simplifies payment for you and reduces the administrative burden on our office staff. You will still receive statements via email or text. If you have any questions about this process, please let us know.
